Not to be that (crazy cat) lady, but took Minnie to the vet on Saturday for her checkup. I've had her just over a month now, and she's grown from 2.9 pounds to 4.8 pounds. I guess it hadn't occurred to me until I saw her kennel card just how far she'd traveled -- from the Bronx to the Manhattan shelter, to a land of abundance in Brooklyn. Also, check out the picture from the day they found her - quite a change!
