45 miles down | 170 to go

In 4 hours, we've made it 45 miles. (Really wasn't kidding about that 5mph for over an hour..) We've just had a New England reststop - this one, on the border of Stamford and Norwalk (where my college roommate is from, coincidentally).

"Weh gonna to make it togetah," says the bus driver. Though buses are no longer going out of Boston OR New York, we are pressing on. I am guessing at this point, with 170 miles to go, it will be another 5-6 hours putting me into South Station around 10:30 or 11.

Status check:
Price of gas at the rest stop Mobil: $2.04
Price of McDonalds gross-fest: $8.86
Normal travel time to Boston from Norwalk: 2 hours, 56 minutes
Current speed: 11 mph
Temperature outside: 30* F | Tempature inside bus: 76*

The current dopplar indicates: Snow, Ice, Rain.

PS: Not sure how we went from 161 miles to 170 miles away from our destination, but GoogleMaps is my source. This wealth of knowledge is the blessing and curse of Bolt Bus.
