Came across this this morning from the PopWatch blog at EW, which my friend Jean writes for..
A few things we know about Maru the cat:
• He lives in Japan.
• He has a cult following there — and even has his own blog.
• He is a Scottish Fold.
• He is a curious fella, who enjoys playing with bubble wrap; hanging out under a blanket; and, of course, diving into empty boxes (below).
• Chicks dig him.

About Me
- HelloMyNamesJen
- I once hopped a cargo ship from Nassau to a small island with two friends. Supposed to take only eight hours, our slow boat journey actually took 17, and when the hotels were completely deserted, we stayed with the craziest Bahamian local who would take us in, named Betty Pinder. After exploring Cartwright's Caves and the blue hole, and spending the day with Betty and Patrice, we took a 45-minute flight back to Nassau the next day on an eight-seat puddle jumper. And that's a true story.
Goo-goo-ga-joob!
