I'm adopting a cat from Animal Control on Tuesday, so I've been brainstorming a list of potential names. Haven't come up with any good female names yet, so I'll gladly take any suggestions.

- I once hopped a cargo ship from Nassau to a small island with two friends. Supposed to take only eight hours, our slow boat journey actually took 17, and when the hotels were completely deserted, we stayed with the craziest Bahamian local who would take us in, named Betty Pinder. After exploring Cartwright's Caves and the blue hole, and spending the day with Betty and Patrice, we took a 45-minute flight back to Nassau the next day on an eight-seat puddle jumper. And that's a true story.
